Our History
24 YEARS AND COUNTING….
Burke Sporting Goods was founded in April of 2000 in Burke, Virginia. We are a family-owned business that works with teams, leagues, schools, businesses, and a variety of groups to provide quality custom apparel at affordable prices.
Originally located in Burke for our first 10 years, we moved to Fairfax Station in 2010, and as of March of 2023, we’re proud to be back in Burke for the foreseeable future!
All of our work is done in our production facilities in Northern Virginia. Our production process consists of automatic printing machines, manual printing machines, more than a dozen embroidery heads, and full-time in-house graphic artists. We are ready to get the job done quickly, efficiently, and correctly.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and to deliver an outstanding finished product. Making the ordering process as easy and enjoyable as possible is something we are passionate about. Let us help make your next project a success.

Order Process
We strive to make the process of ordering quality customized products easy and enjoyable for our customers.

Step #1
Contact Us To Get Started
You'll be connected with a BSG sales rep that will help guide you through the entire order.
Step #2
Select Apparel, Design Logo(s)
Work with your sales rep to determine what products you want to order, and how you want them decorated.
Step #3
Quote Approval
After ironing out all order details, your sales rep will provide a price quote for your approval. Upon your approval of the quote, we order your apparel and begin creating your art proofs.
Step #4
Art Approval, Goods Received
Our graphics team proofs you on the logos used in your order, and our production team is receiving and preparing your apparel for production.
Step #5
Production Work
Your goods have been checked and sorted, and our production team is hard at work creating your custom apparel.
Step #6
Quality Control
Every order we process is reviewed for quality and accuracy. The final steps of the order including sorting and packaging for pickup or shipping.
Step #7
Finished!
Your order is done and your sales rep will contact you to notify you ASAP. We offer in-store pickup as well as shipping. Enjoy your new gear!
